These six points define Versatility's Tooling Team: a collection of engineers and craftsmen who design and build stamping tools and fixtures to exact customer specifications.

Typical projects include form tooling; progressive stamping and draw dies; high speed carbide tooling; and welding, assembly, and inspection fixtures.

Versatility's Tooling Team also performs high tolerance precision machining on all
types of tool steel, carbide, and nonferrous material. Jobs range from short run
to production quantities. Parts include complex cams; machine components; precision shafts; weldments; high-speed rotary cutting and crimping tools; and a variety of other products.

Each tool or component fabricated by Versatility Tool Works undergoes a
stringent inspection process prior to shipment. Production runs utilize statistical methods to detect tool wear or other inaccuracies prior to affecting piece part integrity. Our customers' expectations are more than satisfied - they are exceeded!
