Versatility's experience with assisting customers in the design, prototyping, and manufacture of spring clips used in lighting applications is extensive.

Using the QStep^TM Process, our engineers engage the customer at the earliest stages
of the design cycle, offering suggestions on material type, heat treatment, mechanical design, and tooling constraints. After a preliminary design is agreed upon, prototypes are fabricated and tested. Often times, two or three product iterations are tested to achieve the desired results. The result is a design that achieves optimal balance between function and tooling and production expense for the customer.
